Our friend, Jules Festa over at NashvilleFoodTruckJunkie.com has some great information to find some eats before each Predators home game this week. If you plan on heading to either one, check out the information below on where to find some good eats.

There are 2 final home games this season, Preds fans. Make sure to make plans to add food trucks to your pregame activities and if you are looking for them, don’t worry. I’ll help you out!
Thursday, Pre-Game Preds vs. Coyotes:
Do you love bacon like I love bacon? Because, bacon gives me a lardon*! Bacon Nation food truck will be at Yazoo Brewery from 4 PM – 8 PM! Yazoo Brewery & Taproom is barely a mile from Bridgestone. You can get their popular bacon shell taco or their white chocolate dipped bacon. So many options. So much bacon! Make this a part of your pre-game for sure. (*FYI: Lardon is an actual term for strip of porky goodness.)
On Saturday, the big finale game against those pesky Chicago Blackhawks!. We know you will want to get downtown much earlier for the celebration.
The MS Walk will be taking place at LP Field so there were will be several trucks there until around 2 PM: Bacon Nation, DoughWorks, and Smokin’ Thighs. And as we all know, LP is just a walk across the bridge from Bridgestone. And if you normally take advantage of the free Preds game parking at LP Field, then you are in luck. You’ll be downtown in plenty of time to pre-party.
The Cherry Blossom Festival is also taking place downtown this Saturday in Public Square Park (about ½ mile walk from Bridgestone). All three of the trucks at Public Square Park have been or have taped segments for The Cooking Channel’s Eat St. TV Show! Crepe A Diem, Hoss’ Loaded Burgers, and Smoke Et Al will be there to feed the hungry bellies. (https://goo.gl/maps/6fTDh)
If you are over in the Hillsboro Village area at lunchtime on Saturday, you can visit DegThai food truck at his normal Saturday spot at Friedman’s Army/Navy Store on 21st Avenue. This is a short drive from downtown and he is only there until 3. So you have plenty of time to enjoy some Thai food and then head downtown for the pre-game antics. According to our directions, DegThai is less than 3 miles away from Bridgestone (https://goo.gl/maps/qAzc4)
If you are on the west side of town, The Grilled Cheeserie is celebrating National Grilled Cheese Day at Richland Park alongside their friends, Retro Sno truck. This event goes from Noon to 4 PM. So again, you have time to enjoy this event and still have plenty of time to make it downtown just in time for the pre-game festivities. Richland Park is a mere 5 miles from Bridgestone! I hope you will make it out to the trucks before your pre-game fun begins. You’ll need some delicious food in your belly to soak up what I presume will be some liquid fun during the game!
