Strome enters top three in latest ISS prospect rankings

It’s not too often that two of the three top ranked prospects for the NHL draft come from the same team. That is the case now as Connor McDavid remains number one, but his teammate Dylan Strome has cracked the top three for the first time. Strome recently won the Ontario Hockey League scoring title by having a six-point night against the Niagara Ice Dogs to end the regular season. To win the title, Strome finished the regular season with 129 points (45G-84A), head ahead of Mitch Marner of the London Knights who finished with 126 points.

Below is the latest top 30 from International Scouting Services (ISS). The NHL Draft is set to be held June 26-27 at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida. The Canadian Hockey League is currently in the playoffs, so there won’t be much more time to see these players. The rankings aren’t expected to change much now until the draft.
