Simon Chen of Beijing, China came to North America to play hockey back in 2013. Most recently, he was with the Cowichan Capitals of the BCHL and was even an invite to Vancouver Canucks development camp. Now, he’ll be playing college hockey at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. We caught up with him to discuss the decision, hockey in China and more.
