We caught up Nashville Predators prospect, Zach Stepan (2012 4th Round – 112th overall), of the Minnesota State University hockey team following their in over the University of Alabama-Huntsville. During the preseason, Stepan was voted by Western Collegiate Hockey Association media as Preseason Rookie of the Year and he did not disappoint. Stepan saw minutes in all situations, including the penalty kill, against Alabama-Huntsville.
