Preds fall to Flames in overtime

ashton-remax_NEWEven after fighting back from a three-goal deficit to tie and then take the lead, the Nashville Predators couldn’t hold off the Calgary Flames in overtime as they fell 6-5.

Positive takeaways from the game include Filip Forsberg nothing a hat trick, with all three goals comingships n tripsin the second period. His third goal of the game actually gave Nashville a 5-4 lead. The Predators wasted his goals though as they allowed the Flames to tie the game midway through the third period.

Another positive takeaway is once again the play of goaltender Juuse Saros, who entered the game early in the second period in relief of Pekka Rinne. Saros single-handedly kept Nashville in the game at many points by making tremendous saves.

Defenseman P.K. Subban also continued his point streak and extended it to four games.Continuum Planning PartnersHe notched a goal and an assist in Tuesday night’s game.
