Preds disappointed in effort against Flames

After battling back and forcing overtime in five straight games, the Nashville Predators lost their first game in regulation in the month of February to the Calgary Flames by a score of 4-3. Nashville put 17 shots on goal during the third period, as they had to claw their way back into the game from a 4-2 deficit. The Predators even played all of their later power play with an empty net, giving them a 6-on-4 advantage. A shot by Kevin Fiala was even reviewed with less than a minute remaining in regulation, but the call on the ice of “no goal” stood.
