The Nashville Predators extended their losing streak to six games following a 6-3 loss to the Vancouver Canucks Thursday night. Vancouver scored five of their goals on the power play and added a shorthanded empty net goal near the end of regulation. Nashville scored once on the power play with a goal from Calle Jarnkrok, along with even strength goals from Ryan Johansen and Matt Duchene.

It was a game of undisciplined play as the Predators took six penalties and were punished five times by the Vancouver power play. The Canucks also took six trips to the penalty box, but Nashville only made them pay once.

In the game, the Predators looked dominant at five on five, but special teams made them pay. Nashville even controlled much of the third period, but could only muster one goal.
