There may have been a plethora of things going on in the sports world and in Nashville, but it was a stacked show. Cutler Klein joined us in studio as a guest host. First off, we took a deep look at the dominant victory by the Nashville Predators over the Colorado Avalanche and a quick look at what’s ahead this week.
The TV play-by-play voice of the Carolina Hurricanes, John Forslund, joined the show with great information another team struggling at the start of the season. The Predators play Carolina on Saturday at Bridgestone Arena and they’ll have to be prepared to face Jeff Skinner. Plus, Forslund touches on the goaltending situation for the Hurricanes and youngsters Noah Hanifin and Victor Rask. (11:40)
Next up, Sarah McLellan of The Arizona Republic joined us to discuss Nashville’s Thursday night opponent, the Arizona Coyotes. Arizona is another team struggling at the beginning of the season, but have lots of youth and potential on the roster.
