A total of nine game took place at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan for was what dubbed the “Hockeytown Winter Festival.” Two days of college hockey for the Great Lakes Invitational, an Ontario Hockey League double header, an American Hockey League game and the alumni double header. The games ranged from future National Hockey League stars to players on the cusp of the big league, to legends now retired from the game.
