Last year, we spoke with Alex Galchenyuk when he was with the Sarnia Sting of the Ontario Hockey League. Just a few weeks later, Galchenyuk went on to win the gold medal in the IIHF World Junior Championships with Team USA and then signed a contract with the Montreal Canadiens. Galchenyuk is now in his second season with the Montreal Canadiens where he currently ranks third on the team in points.
