Nick Brewka

Nick was born in Denver, Colorado and for all but a brief stay in Calgary, Alberta, grew up in the suburbs of the Mile High City. With the snowy peaks of the Rocky Mountains at his door steps and the frozen lakes within, it didn’t take long for a fondness of winter sports to cultivate. With Greats such as Joe Sakic, Peter Forsberg and Patrick Roy putting it on the map in Colorado, hockey quickly became a favorite pastime for Nick and those around him. His love for the Avalanche began after their 2001 Stanley Cup victory—having to endure the next 20 years has not been without its challenges, but the love for the game makes it all worth it. Today, you can find Nick cruising down the ski slopes or enjoying the hockey game with his friends and family.
